We planned a last minute family trip to Mexico and I needed some cute, affordable cover-ups and swimsuits that would arrive to my house in just a few short days. Thank you Jesus for Amazon.com and Amazon Prime!
Living in a small and somewhat remote town, I find myself ordering from Amazon frequently. But I've never purchased a swimsuit before. With limited time, I decided to give it a try. I ordered three swimsuits and three cover-ups and I was totally surprized by the quality, fit and style of all of these summer beach styles. And did I mention that everything is $25 or less!

A skirt or a sarong is the perfect beach cover-up when you have a swim top that you want to show off. This skirt from Amazon.com is perfect for a quick cover-up for my ruffle top swimsuit. This look will take you from the beach to cocktail hour.

The Kimono Cover-Up
Nothing says beach more than a kimono cover-up. These are thin fabrics with an open front, keeping you free and breezy. The kimono is a perfect cover-up that gives you some coverage (covers that booty) but also shows off your swimsuit style. First-time Amazon swimsuit buyer here, and overall I'm very happy with my purchases. Swimsuit shopping can be super stressful especially under the oh-so-awful and unforgiving lighting at department stores. Shopping for affordable and cute swimwear shouldn't be difficult.
So my friends, avoid that mad rush of going to multiple stores- there are so many affordable swimsuits on Amazon that can be at your door in less than two days. Bonus- you can try them on in the comfort of your own home without that terrible fitting room lighting.
The High Waisted Two Piece
I am a sucker for a good pair of high waisted jeans so I decided to try a high waisted two piece for this summer. This little snakeskin bandeau bikini from Amazon is so cute (and comfortable). Seriously, it's super flattering and you will feel comfortable chasing your littles around the pool all summer long. I found this swimsuit TTS.
The Ruffle Top Two Piece
I was mildly obsessed with the ruffle bikini since last summer... So of course I put this adorable off the shoulder ruffled bikini in my Amazon cart. You guys, this bikini is so cute and perfect for someone that wants to cover a little more midriff. This swimsuit runs TTS.
The Retro One Piece
This one piece was my wild card purchase. I had high hopes that it would be cute but was worried it would be a little matronly- I was wrong. Love, love, love this swimsuit. It has a full coverage bum but still is sexy. I recieved so many compliments about this swimsuit and highly recommend it for those wanting to rock a little retro vibe. Runs TTS.
