Luckily, Brook was available and having never met her (we live in Texas, but flew to Vail for the wedding), it could have been a nerve wracking experience. She was so pleasant over the phone and went into great detail for our consultation. We were comforted by her confidence and sweet nature. When the wedding day finally arrived, she not only did an amazing job with our makeup, but she was an absolute doll to be around. She is such a sweetheart, listened to what I was looking for and nailed it!
