WHOLE30 STATE OF MIND - DAY 21


Normally I crash as soon as my kids go to sleep, around 8:30pm, but not tonight.  I stayed up easily until 10pm!  Seriously, that's a long ass day, since I wake at 4:45am for my daily workout.  Ladies and gentlemen, I believe I'm in the "Tiger Blood" stage.

FRIED EGGS, SPINACH & PROCIUTTO

INGREDIENTS:  2 Organic Eggs, Handful of Spinach, 1 Campari Tomato, 2 Slices of Prociutto, Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper
