WHOLE30 STATE OF MIND - DAY 24

Whelp, my chest feels like it is on fire.  Ugh, I knew sooner or later I would get sick, since everyone and their dog around me has been sick.  I'm hoping this doesn't get worse and that I can stick with my diet.  This morning I managed to work out but then spent the rest of the day sleeping, sometimes that's just what the doctor ordered.  Hoping to feel better tomorrow.
