WHOLE30 STATE OF MIND - DAY 17


Around 7pm today I realized that I didn't have 1 craving, hallelujah!  Also, at the gym this morning a fellow workout buddy said that my body was looking more toned, another Whole30 benefit.  Happy to say that today I slayed the sugar dragon.  Feeling determined.

 

WHOLE30 - DAY 17 WORKOUT


HIT 

3 x ( Each Station 1 minute )

1. Squats on Bosu with 8lb Medicine Ball

30 sec High Knees

2. Sit Up with 10lb Medicine Ball

30 sec Jumping Jacks

3. Russian Get Ups

30 sec Skaters

4. Side Plank ( reach arm up and under )

30 sec Running in Place

5. Walk Outs ( with push up )

30 sec Burpees

6. Lunges with 10lb Medicine Ball

30 sec Star Jump

7. Burpee

30 sec Push Ups

8. Stading Twist with 8lb Medicine Ball
